LeapXpert has unveiled a new version of its LeapXpert Communications Platform, an enterprise solution designed to govern, automate, and intelligently activate client conversations across consumer messaging channels.

Version 3.0 of the LeapXpert Communications Platform includes support for all major messaging apps, such as WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, RCS, Telegram, WeChat, Signal and LINE, and includes a new productivity pack for analysing communication data with artificial intelligence and enabling automated, data-driven workflows.

According to a company announcement, this new version includes three key components for transforming enterprise messaging:

LeapXpert Signals analyses companywide conversations to identify patterns in topics, sentiment, and trends, providing insights into client needs and business opportunities while maintaining privacy and governance.

Communication Workflows enables teams to automate and manage client interactions –  including approvals, order confirmations, and information collection – across messaging channels, using configuration tools that allow workflows to be rapidly deployed.

The enhanced Maxen client intelligence app gives employees a unified view of client activities, integrating messages, notes, emails, and calendar events to support productivity and compliance.

Shift from compliance to productivity

According to LeapXpert, this new version of the platform allows enterprises to turn real-time messaging into actionable business processes and insights. The company highlights that this release represents a shift in enterprise messaging, moving from storing messages solely for compliance purposes to leveraging the underlying data for productivity.

“This launch represents a fundamental shift in how enterprises view their communication data,” said Avi Pardo, Co-founder and Chief Business Officer of LeapXpert. “With the latest version of the LeapXpert Communications Platform, we’re helping organisations harness that asset responsibly and intelligently, transforming modern messaging channels from a source of risk into a true driver of growth and productivity.”

He added that initial interest in the LeapXpert platform came primarily from enterprises in regulated industries, such as financial services and healthcare, that focus on messaging governance and compliance. However, according to Pardo, “today, every enterprise recognises the treasure trove of insight and value hidden within everyday conversations.”

Analyst perspective

Analyst firm Gartner has defined this market segment as solutions for Digital Communications and Governance Archiving (DCGA). In its Magic Quadrant report on Digital Communications Governance and Archiving Solutions published earlier this year, Gartner estimated that “in 2029, 30% of enterprises will shift to a proactive employee digital communications governance approach to improve corporate policy outcomes and advance business insights, up from less than 10% in 2025.”

Gartner also predicted that “by 2030, 70% of enterprises using DCGA solutions will adopt AI-driven features and processes, up from 40% in 2025, due to increasing data complexity and governance demands.”

Commenting on these forecasts, Pardo explained that “as every industry adopts modern messaging at scale, enterprises need far more than compliance—they need governance, connectivity to core systems, and intelligent automation.”

He further explained that the new version of the LeapXpert Communications Platform “is the realisation of that vision: responsible, governed communication that not only reduces risk, but also drives measurable productivity and business results.”
